I am Natasha, the owner and operator of Nails Next Door. I’m excited to welcome you to my home based Esthetics studio. I pride myself in creating a relaxing, clean, inviting environment for my new and loyal long time clients.
As a mother and entrepreneur, I understand that taking care of yourself can often fall behind taking care of everyone else. My priority as a business is to make it convenient and affordable to feel great about yourself while leaving feeling pampered and relaxed.
My newly renovated home studio enables me to provide full waxing and tinting services, customized facials, regular nail and foot care and dazzling gels.
I graduated from the Kelowna, BC Marvell College of Hair and Esthetics in 2005. I started my career in esthetics in the city of Calgary, AB in a high paced nail and waxing salon. I gained extensive waxing experience and learned how to use the credo blade very effectively. After gaining a year and a half’s experience I relocated to Kelowna.
I continued to gain experience while working in some of the Okanagan’s most prestigious spas. It was working in these spas that I advanced my skin care knowledge. In the 6 years of providing high-end spa treatments, I gained extensive knowledge of many quality products. I decided to study with En Vogue Sculptured Nail Systems in 2009, where I trained in the application of sculptured gel nails. I have also taken some nail art and shaping courses through the years.
I have many loyal clients who helped me make the decision to branch out and open my own studio in 2010. I took all my experience through the first half of my career to carefully select the products I carry and use in my esthetics studio.
